Disana Muslin Nappy

I adore this diaper. When you get it it's huge, rough, and a super loose weave. Then you wash it and it shrinks like crazy, gets soft (not super soft, but softer!), and ends up so surprisingly stretchy! I really love the look and feel of it. I'm definitely going to stock up on a bunch more for my next baby.

Ok, so I talked to Natalie from LB today as I had mentioned the unavailability of these diapers. I had bought the last five in stock awhile ago to try them out as I am always looking for new cloth diaper wows. On arrival, I was skeptical as the cloths were rigid and really, really big, not what I expected. I figured it was a bomb choice...then I washed them. They kind of pucker up and become a really great, stretchy, trim, absorbent, and very fast drying flat diaper. This is a good combination of qualities in diaper land. I've tried all sorts, organic cotton, bamboo flats, different stuff. These are at the top of the list for sure. Use them with the Thirsties Duo cover I think its called, the one with hook and loop closure (Velcro). I don't use a fastener that way, its pretty easy and simple. Even just let them air dry sometimes and use 'em for two+ pee pees. Great cloth diaper for on the road really. I am gonna try the Disana ones with the Velcro as the quality of fabric is good on the flats. Thanks Natalie! Let me know if more become available.
