    • Please contact Lagoon Baby before making a return for Return Authorization.
    • Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase on unworn, unwashed, unopened products.  In-store exchanges can be made within 45 days with proof of purchase.
    • All actual shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser, including what was paid by us to ship the item(s) to you.  
    • No returns/exchanges will be accepted on sale items or skin products, such as soaps and creams.
    • No returns/exchanges will be accepted on Wraps or Ring Slings.
    • No returns/exchanges will be accepted on Baby Banz Ear Protection.
    • No returns/exchanges will be accepted on So Luxury products.
    • No returns/exchange on strollers, carseats, or stroller and carseat accessories.
    • No returns/exchanges will be accepted on items marked "Clearance" or purchased during a sale period.
    • Ju-Ju-Be products:  If you received a Gift with Purchase with your Ju-Ju-Be return item you will be required to return your free gift or we will deduct the retail value from your refund. 
    • If you returning or exchanging products that you received our Free Shipping Over $125 promotion and your order totals falls below the Free Shipping Over $125 threshold the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your Refund/Exchange Credit.

    *For remote shipping locations with a Postal Code containing multiple 0's.  Ex. V0X, R0X, T0X.  

    You will be notified before any charges are made with the opportunity to change/cancel your order.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
