Best Bottom Stay Dry Inserts consist of 4 layers of super thirsty microfiber topped with a super soft no-pill fleece pulling wetness away from baby's bottom keeping them feeling dry.
We wanted to keep it simple but know that our customers want choices! We have created three different types of Regular inserts to snap into the shell for everyday use. You can mix and match meeting all preferences and needs. Both insert types are super trim making the Best Bottom one size diapering system one of the trimmest cloth diapers around. We offer each of our Stay Dry, Bamboo and Hemp/Organic Cotton inserts in three different sizes. Sizing is approximate and will depend on size and shape of baby as well as how heavy of a wetter.

I've used these with my extremely heavy wetter. We had to use large size and fold the front down until he grows into them but they work awesome! We do get compression leaks sometimes but that's usually when I forget to change him in time so it's my fault
I use these during the daytime, but I wouldnt use for overnights unless your baby isnt a heavy wetter. Theyre super soft.
I bought these inserts for use in other diaper brand covers and I love them. They are thicker than some other inserts and are very soft against baby's skin. They absorb very well.
I like this insert because it is very quick absorbing and affordable. It is a little bit stiff so make sure to get the right size for your baby because it doesn't fold down well. I always use these with hemp or cotton underneath.
I purchased the Medium insert and have been using them with my LO since she was about 7lbs. They are narrow and fit quite well into both NB and OS shells of different brands (not just Best Bottom). She is close to 11lbs now, and I feel that her inserts feel quite wet after 2-3 hours, so I can't see them lasting until 22lbs without a booster. I do reach for these quite frequently due to the size and shape.
I like them. Very soft and fit great. Altho I do prefer the bamboo over the stay dry
These liners are great, hold everything in and keep my little ones toosh dry. Clean and dry easy. I got them in size Lg for my 16pd baby and they work great.
Very trim and soft but definitely doesn't hold up for more than an hour for my 16 month old son. But I suppose at this stage, most inserts need to be boosted.
I love these inserts. Have been using them pretty much exclusively for over a year. They are holding up fantastic to the many, many washes. Lots of absorbency, and easy to spray when dealing with solids. I do have a few where one of the rows of stitching has come out in just a small section, but since there are 2 rows of stitching and surging on the ends it hasn't caused any issues. I would say maybe 3 out of the 30+ that I have, have had this issue so it isn't a big deal to me.
These ones are our go-tos when out and about (and when the hubby is on diaper duty!). They're super easy to use, soak up a LOT of pee, and are super soft. We skipped the small size and started with the mediums on our 10lb baby - perfect fit!
