This is a lifesaver for sore nipples especially on the first few days/weeks or breastfeeding. It�s so soft and buttery and smells so good! You can use it as a lip balm too!

The smell is great on this product. It works for me on any dry patch of skin I find and clears it up after one use. It goes on very light and doesn't leave a tacky feeling.

This product is exactly what a nursing momma needs. A little goes a long way in helping sore nipples. As others have mentioned, it does cause a bit of staining on light colored clothes/bras, but if you wear nursing pads this is not a problem. I also chose this product as it's one of only a few on the market that can also be used as a diaper cream for cloth diapered babies, and it works great. I've only had to use it twice on my little one but the redness cleared up in less than a day with the help of this product.

I purchased this at the recommendation of others (along with a lot of online research) and I am so happy I did. It works well for normal pain associated with breastfeeding, and I feel safe having my baby around it.

This is a deliciously chocolatey smelling cream. Helps soooo much more than lanolin for those early nursing days. Dont need much as it spreads super easy ad doesnt leave a gross greasy feel!
